Eggs As Friends Not Foe

There was once a time I was terrified of egg yolks. Terrified! You would find me at my university's omelet station each morning ordering my traditional egg white request and proud of it. Don't get me wrong, egg whites are an eggcellent source of pure protein - but little did I know how much awesomeness I was actually missing out on. Eggs in their entirety are now my secret nutrient weapon and should be yours too!

Recently a not so eggcellent study was released that caused quite a scare in the egg endorser community. You can imagine my confusion when seeing my little power egg was being scrambled amongst the media. To my relief, a multitude of trusted sources have proved that everything good in life does have to be practiced in moderation - but eggs are friends not foe. Now the value of moderation is a practice I am slowly starting to adopt, considering my current eggcellent order is more than a few at a time.

So what exactly are these eggcellent super powers? Healthline claims that eggs are one of the healthiest foods on the planet! They contain:

Vitamin B12 happy hormone booster & energy support

Vitamin B2 nutrient absorption

Vitamin A skin radiance booster

Vitamin B5 hair health supporter

Selenium inflammation reducer

and so much more! It has been said that these little guys contain almost every necessary nutrient for the body except for Vitamin C. Eggs have all of the nutrient needs to help your body thrive. I challenge you to make an eggcellent brunch at least once a week to fuel your body and feel your best thriving self!
